Incredible times a million!

The entire experience from the very beginning was amazing! We called around looking for a realtor who would show us a property while we’re in town for an hour. We called for five different realtors and Nancy was the only one to respond and said she would be there in a few minutes. She was polite professional and very attentive. She helped us negotiate on the house and make all of it possible. She went way above and beyond if you can imagine it would probably asked her for it and she would make it happen in a matter of hours. We didn’t even have to ask her to line up the utilities and all the things that needed to be done she just constantly would take care of things and send us that they were done. She had people come out and measure a pool for us she made sure we got a perfect inspection and that all the work was completed to our satisfaction, she negotiated some of the furniture and she even had the house professionally cleaned before we moved in!! I can’t even tell you the level of service that we received!! I’m 53 years old and I’ve never had this type of service and she did it completely with a smile on her face every time and answered us instantly. She measured rooms took pictures of the house to help us to get it ready to decorate and so much more the list goes on and on. If you’re looking for a realtor that literally stands above the rest you absolutely need to call this amazing woman!! My nickname for her is project manager because she knows how to get it done and get it done quick! If she didn’t handle things as quick as she did we would’ve never won the offer. We will be referring Nancy to everyone we meet and we are excited to get to know her more living in her neighborhood. She’s incredible times a million. We are more than pleased! Oh and she left a cute gift to welcome us in our home on top of having it cleaned for us!! Wow is all we can say!!!!!

On top of everything!

I was so pleased to have Nancy for the Realtor who listed my house this spring. Nancy was on top of every step along the way, very optimistic and supportive. I could not have been more pleased.

Helped make a dream come true!

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Nancy Strickland. She helped make a dream of ours come true. From day 1, Nancy was extremely responsive and researched any condo or question we had. She communicated and negotiated well with the seller. As we all know when buying a house times can get tense and Nancy was quick calmed our nerves and stayed positive. Our closing took longer than expected and Nancy made sure that our sons had a place to do their school work while we waited. She went above and beyond for our family. We love our new place, we love the area, and will highly recommend Nancy to anyone we know looking for a place here in Carolina Beach.

Easiest house hunt ever!

My husband and I recently relocated to NC from MA. We were expecting the house hunting experience to be pretty daunting. This was not the case with Nancy. With her expertise and market market knowledge, this was the easiest hunt ever. While viewing the actual houses, Nancy provided a lot of good tips and pointers. A lot of times realtors can be pushy.... this was never the case with Nancy. We are so thankful for her services and the ease of this experience with her. we cannot wait to refer her to our friends and family.
